“The monthly education provided by clinicians is an excellent resource and a great way to learn from other therapist’s interests and expertise. The elimination of a written client chart with the introduction of dated notes recorded electronically. This system is efficient and portable (with a laptop) and allows the opportunity to work on reports/dated notes during the day especially if there is a cancellation in my schedule. There is always an opportunity to provide feedback regarding changes and various decisions made by HCS. The social events are a great chance for the therapists to get to know each other outside of team meetings.”
